As a Notary Public, our role is to verify identity, help deter fraud, witness or acknowledge signatures when required, administer oaths or affirmations, and properly complete the requested notarial certificate. We do not provide legal advice or determine the legal sufficiency of documents.

One important change from your original wording: I would remove “as a qualified legal advisor.” A Notary Public should not imply that they are providing legal advice unless they are separately licensed and authorized to practice law. I would also avoid saying you ensure documents are “in good standing order,” since that could imply that you're determining their legal sufficiency.
